PageTurnER & Macka Diamond Release Dancehall Novel

 

PageTurnER Publishing will launch the high anticipated debut novel written by Dancehall Diva, Macka Diamond, entitled "Bun Him !!", the publishing world's first dancehall novel. 

Set for September 18th at Weekendz in Kingston, Jamaica, the event will kick off at 7pm and will include a key note address from noted Cultural Historian, Professor Carolyn Cooper of The Reggae Studies Unit, at the University of the West Indies. 

The night will feature selected readings from the novel, by noted members of the local and international Reggae industry, after which will follow an after party, hosted by Coppershot Disco, to which the general public is invited. 

The launch will be hosted by Nicky Z from Zip 103 FM, and is sponsored by Weekendz, Baba Roots, Kaboom Energy Drink, Island Paradise Limousine, Hype TV and RE TV. 

The book will be available to the public for the first time at the After Party at the discounted price of $500.
