Dangazone Records Release The Payback Riddim

Kingston, Jamaica:

Coming on the heels of the successful Jamdown rhythm, Danger Zone has released yet another memorable rhythm.  The new rhythm called Payback is produced by Jigsy King and Delmar 'Della' Drummond.  Payback contains 19 hard-hitting dancehall tracks with a few slow grooves intermingled. Payback's 19 tracks feature some of Jamaica's hottest dancehall names.

Not as high tempo as some of the beats on the scene right now, Payback allows the artiste to give a fluent performance for easy listening. According to Jigsy King, co-producer of the rhythm, " Payback is one of the best rhythms produced by Danger Zone this year and based on initial response will be the dancehall rhythm to close off the summer."

Payback features a good balance of youth and experience. Starting off with the indomitable Ce'Cile followed quickly by the veritable Buju Banton and Beenie Man. Payback also features veterans such as Danger Zone's own Jigsy King and the up and coming star Cutty Corn.

Dancehall staple Vibez Kartel also make an appearance along with Elephant Man, Sizzla, Ras Fraser, Lukey D, Ginja, Mr Easy as well as Peppa featuring G Mafia.   Capelton does his fare share with three tracks on the rhythm. Payback also features the much-anticipated return of Frisko Kid

Payback has been receiving credible airplay in Jamaica and is also breaking ground in the Caribbean. The rhythm is set to take off and will be aided by Jigsy King's resurgence on the music scene with his new hit Pon Di Ends, Produced by DJ Sparks of Zip Fm which has been tearing up the air waves.
